The origin of the blades was Spain and the constructors were GAMESA EOLICA, Espana. The unloading of windmills' blades was effected from the m/v Blexen in port of Piraeus by our own crane and tools that were suitable for this lengthy and very sensitive cargo.

The blades had length over 30 meters and had been placed in cages per three, with the total weight per cage being roughly 16 tons.
